1. Download and install the MSG Viewer for Outlook from the App Store. Then, use the Launchpad to open it.

2. Next, you may select the client or address book program to launch under the Opening Files section.

3. To view the file instantly, select Quick View. Otherwise, select one of the conversion options (like Convert to PDF) to modify the file size. Once the parameters have been adjusted, select File > Open from the menu bar.
